Taloumade Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Taloumade. Because all Taloumade items are handcrafted and, due to the personal, hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in our quality control. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at support@taloumade.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Required Documentation: To process a claim, you must include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.
  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit. We do not offer cash refunds.
Shipping & Delivery Issues

Taloumade is not responsible for:
  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier.
  • Packages marked "Delivered" by the courier but not received by the customer.
  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship the item.
