Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Ohio within 2–3 business days (Monday – Saturday, excluding holidays) from the time of purchase.
Note: Depending on product sensitivity due to seasonal change and to ensure the highest quality and best preservation of your items, we may hold shipments that are closer to the weekend, scheduling them for early the following week to avoid unnecessary transit delays.
- Once your order is marked as received by the carrier, you will soon after receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.

- We use USPS and UPS to ensure reliable delivery.
Shipping Delays & Delivery Issues
- While we strive to meet the 2–3 day processing window (packed and shipped), please note that shipping transit times are separate estimates and are not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, extreme weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
- Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
Damaged Items
- If your package arrives damaged, we want to make it right! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and items.
